Returns & warranty

You have the right to return the watch you have purchased directly from www.aeromeister.com within 30 days of receiving it. It must be unused and in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received the watch.
The shipping costs for returning the watch must be paid by the customers and Aeromeister cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages during this return shipment.

If you want to return a product, please send us an email at customerservice@aeromeister.com and you will receive a Return Form. Print and fill out this form entirely. Send form and article together to the return address you received.
Aeromeister will credit / pay or refund the outstanding amount within 14 days after full completion of the return.

All Aeromeister watches have a warranty period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. In that case Aeromeister will repair or replace any defective watch or part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned.

Note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from loss, theft, improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or other causes beyond our control.
  • Water damage unless marked water-resistant (for details regarding water resistance please check the manual).

Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. A dated receipt from our webstore must be included to proof the warranty is applicable.
