Returns & warranty
You have the right to return the watch you have purchased directly from www.aeromeister.com within 30 days of receiving it. It must be unused and in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received the watch.
The shipping costs for returning the watch must be paid by the customers and Aeromeister cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages during this return shipment.

Warranty valids from the date of purchase. This quality product has a guarantee on movement and construction failure for a period of 24 months. Battery, watch strap/bracelet, glass, stones, indexes, pushbuttons, crown, clasp and loose parts in the watch case (indexes, hands, etc.) are excluded from guarantee. Damage caused by false use, influencing by other people, incorrect replacement of battery and caused by extreme influences like fall down, bump, water, etc. result in losses liability.
A proof of purchase is required to claim any warranty. A defect may occur shortly after purchase, which may indicate a manufacturing defect. In such cases, and if there is any doubt about the cause of a defect, the watch will be assessed by a watchmaker. Whether or not the repair is covered by the warranty depends on the professional judgement of the watchmaker. Based on this, you will receive a quote or approval for a free repair.

Please note: There is a charge of €8.50 for the inspection. This will only be charged if you do not agree to the repair proposal and quotation. The cost of returning the watch is at your own expense, and the amount will be determined based on your home address.

Once we have received your return shipment, we will confirm this by email and forward the watch to the repair centre. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for repairs.
